Research analyst Reports to: Consumer Understanding Manager Department: Consumer Job Responsibility Planning and executing all consumer understanding research activities (qualitative and quantitative, fieldwork, telemarketing, etc.) Responsible for managing the business relations with research agencies (contracts, quality, consistency and time to market) Responsible for coordinating the research budget of each category Training the consumer team on researching techniques and consumer insight Participating at innovation proposal processes Delivering actionable conclusions and recommendations on the results of research studies such as market trackers, pre and post tests, feasibility analysis, etc. Supporting all areas involved in the core processes with research activities (customer operations, Go to market, etc.) Minimum Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or sociology. MS office Good interpersonal skills FMCG research experience a plus

Consumer and Market Understanding Manager Reports to: Head of Products and Marketing Department: Consumer Job Responsibilities Leading all Tigo consumer and market understanding research Leading brand financial analysis Consulting with category, segment managers and innovation managers and agreeing on market and consumer research plans Consulting management on business impacting market trends & opportunities (competitive intelligence) Acquiring consumer insight information Creating information brief on market trends and competitive landscape Responsible of defining, reviewing and coordinating Research plan Consolidates research data and business information Participates at innovation proposal process Responsible of providing the inputs needed to build product/offer feasibility study such as market segment, size of market, potential demand, price points, etc Minimum Job Requirements Strong quantitative skills (if you don’t know what is a pivot table, do not apply!) University degree in Marketing or Business Administration Preferably master degree in marketing Senior marketing and managerial experience in FMCG or Telecom
