Responsibilities include: Ensuring that enlisted personnel know their commander's policies Representing the interests of enlisted personnel to the commander Promoting enlisted personnel’s welfare, morale, and health Maintaining discipline and standards of conduct Providing guidance on leadership, military justice, and customs and courtesies
