For the Delta pilot his hours range depending on the flight is he doing, though his hours is usually 80 hours a month. Dare County Regional is about an 8-12 hour shift. Each has their own little niches that they have do to their job but a couple in common is good communication skills, clear speaking, and able to reaction calmly to difficult situations.
