Buying a home (Not seen on HGTV)

Looking for a Realtor Best way to look for a Realtor is ask a friend, co-worker, or family member for who they recommend. If no one knows a Realtor, search online for who is very active in the market You can see this by how many homes they have sold recently Online reviews Read their biography (as seen on Realtor.com) If they seem like a good match with your personality, give them a call. http://aka.ms/officemix

Lenders Once you have a Realtor you TRUST, have them provide a few local lenders in your area. Local lenders are excellent service providers as you can meet with them face to face, they offer varying loan programs which helps you decide on the loan that is just right for you and your situation. They also will help you mitigate any concerns before you find that very special home.
5
The Home Search Start driving around Find your favorite neighborhoods Drive at night and during the day Focus on length to and from work School Zones Proximately to local venues
6
The Home Search (con’t) Have your Realtor send you current information on the area you selected to search. This information can be send via email so you can keep up with the newest homes as well as those you want to keep and eye on. Once a list of homes has been made, your Realtor will schedule showings so that you can preview the homes on your list.
