3. Benefits for Economy & Society The Wedding Industry ◦ Wedding businesses will make more money. ◦ This money then flows back into the economy. ◦ This would bring more business to hospitality businesses and help taxpayers.

4. Society with more Committed People Uniting in marriage is a great example of commitment. Stronger society is created if people are more accepting of each other. Heterosexuals are not affected by homosexual marriages.

5. Savings on Social Programs Some social programs are designed for unmarried couples. Medicare and Medicaid are examples of these programs. When money is combined, there are less people on welfare. Creates more money for health benefits.

6. Equal Parenting Skills Couples are not required to have children, nor are children the basis of marriage anymore. Homosexual couples are able to adopt unwanted children and go through the process of artificial insemination. Heterosexual couples can choose not to have children.

7. No Plausible Data Against Same-Sex Parenting Children would be less judgmental of homosexuals. Gay couples are not taking children away from heterosexual couples. There are plenty of children who need to be adopted.

8. Children Live a Better Life with Married Parents Married couples are more financially stable. Children will feel a sense of completion and security. Kids will be happier, healthier, and wealthier.

10. Celebrate Individuality with Love Marriage is the symbol for all types of love. Religion gives people a sense of being accepted. If religion accepts homosexuality then it shows everyone is equal.

11. The Bible is Outdated It was written thousands of years ago and is inconsistent with the current society. Times have changed, but the Bible hasn’t. Society is currently becoming more accepting of homosexuals.
