DO NOT SEND STUDENT NAMES. Check to verify the format of parent addresses and the number of students before submitting Compare the number of students on file submitted to the number on the data verification form, submitted earlier to NJOSE.

By January 31, 2013- board approval and return the contract, if needed. By February 4, 2013 - submit the two EXCEL files with parent mailing information. By March 29, 2013 – submit the invoice with all supporting documentation.
