3 Adverb A crazy chicken cannot lay eggs quickly.

4 Pronoun I can swim in the deep end of the pool.

5 Adjective Lazy students really excel.

6 Conjunction These predictions seemed reasonable, but the skeptics turned out to be wrong.

7 Conjunction Either Elizabeth or Susanne would make a good class president.

8 Noun We all went out for pizza after we finished painting the house.

9 Preposition With your help, I finished my job.

10 Adverb He is failing his English class because he never does his homework.

11 Adverb Miles quickly climbed to the very top of the tree and then rescued the kitten.

12 Interjection No! Why did you do that!?

13 Preposition She went down the street to her friend’s house for the party.

26 Complex This is the exact spot where the atomic bomb was first tested.
