2. Who can apply?  Current 7 th grader  Will complete pre-Algebra  Will attend one of the 7 DPS Middle Schools  Interest in math, science, medicine, engineering, computer science

3. How to apply 1. Complete Student Application on DCMST website 2. Turn in parent release form to your current math teacher or counselor ASAP 3. Application due date is February 6, 2015

4. Acceptance Admission Committee may consider:  GPA  MEAP Scores  Essay Response from Student Application  NWEA Scores  Explore Test (after preliminary selection)  Other criteria TBD

5. DCMST Schedule  8th Graders will attend DCMST in the morning for classes 1-3, beginning at 7:35 am (High School schedule)  Students will have lunch at the home middle school, followed by classes 4-6, ending on the Middle School schedule  Bus Transportation will be provided*

6. DCMST and Sports/Clubs  Students return to home middle school by the time school lets out allowing participation in all after-school activities
