2. I. The provision of the Lord is a promise vs 1-3 Phill 4:19: But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

3. II. The protection of the Lord does not depend on our perfection vs 1-3 Lam 3:22: It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.

4. III. The personal presence of the Lord is conditional and must be pursued vs 7- 11 Php 3:14: I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

5. Php 3:10: That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

6. IV. The personal presence of God when compared to the world is more precious vs 12-17 Php 3:7: But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.

7. V. The passionate pursuit of God results in blessings being poured upon us vs 18-23 Son 2:14: O my dove, that art in the clefts of the rock, in the secret places of the stairs, let me see thy countenance, let me hear thy voice; for sweet is thy voice, and thy countenance is comely.
