BARGAINING POWER OF BUYER The transportation firms are in a fierce competition to provide delivery services for large corporations and firms. With the booming of e-commerce,ordering of product is online. Such corporations don’t provide their customers the flexibility to choose their transportation provider. This puts such corporations in a very strong bargaining position. Individuals are likely to choose the firm with the least price. However, by advertising and brand-name images, individuals are more attached to certain firms. Moreover, the firms have adopted the “Open an account” program to lock their customers and to give them more benefits.
