National Program Managers Guidance: Annually Look and See How Your Program Fits In NPM Guidance documents are issued annually by EPA’s five major program offices: –Air & Radiation –Water –Solid Waste and Emergency Response –Prevention, Pesticides and Toxic Substances –Enforcement & Compliance Assurance The NPM Guidance documents provide EPA’s 10 regional offices, the states and tribes with guidance on specific priorities and implementation strategies for the coming year.
