Homework checked daily for effort (all attempted =3, incomplete = 2) Students will maintain a log of all assignments by unit Bonus homework assigned for option to work towards a 4 Quizzes – given at the end of each unit and graded for: Fluency – How accurate is the student’s work? Mathematical Communication – How does the student organize/present work? Can the student explain rationale? Problem Solving – Does the student try different approaches? Does the student make connections to prior knowledge and apply it to new problems? Homework and Grading
