3. The whole process would be as follows: 1.EWM interview & shortlist candidates 2.Hotels Skype interview & select candidates. 3.EWM & hotel to process MoM Pass 4.Arrival of candidates in Singapore. During my visit, my proposal as follows in sequence: 1 st Day: 1. Power point presentation to all applicants. 2. Interested candidates would sit for written English paper immediately after the presentation. Paper takes about 15 mins and they need to answer only 2 questions. The presentation would take about 40 mins & 20 mins of Q&A.

4. 2 nd Day Interview of applicants. I can do 1 by 1 or in group of 5. Each candidate would take about 5 mins. “We do not chose the hotel for the candidates. Hotels chose who they want to interview and candidates are also able to decline the interview or decline after interview. When candidate decline, they rejoin the interview queue from the bottom so that all shortlisted candidates get fair opportunities for interviews”.
