4 4 Integrated Telecom (ITC) Highlights  Established in 1Q of 2005 with HQ in Riyadh and regional offices in Jeddah and Al-Khobar  Awarded the 2 nd Data communications license from CITC in March 2005 to provide:  Install, operate and use wireless and landline networks in the Kingdom  Provide public data telecommunications services, which include: digital leased lines, broadband services, VPN services, Internet Protocols (IP), Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM), frame relay, international data gateway services, and international data traffic transit  Connect its network to any public or private telecommunications network licensed by CITC
