STEM Magnet Revere's Science, Technology, Engineering and Math Magnet Program is one of the premier School-Within-a-School programs in HISD. The program offers academically advanced work in math and science, and an enriched curriculum through non-traditional STEM electives.

Paul Revere’s Mission It is Paul Revere’s mission to collaborate with parents and the community to promote and develop each child’s unique needs through: Delivering innovative and rigorous instruction Establishing high expectations Providing extracurricular opportunities Instilling pride Celebrating diversity Ensuring students acquire strong academic skills and become responsible, productive citizens.

Magnet Courses Crime Scene Investigation Students work in teams to plan an investigation; collect, examine, and discuss evidence; and make inferences and draw conclusions to solve mock crimes. Entrepreneurship Students investigate various aspects of starting a company, creating a product, and conducting market research for a mock company and product of their creation. Environmental Science Students explore the physical and social sciences to understand the conditions that affect man and other organisms. Future Cities Students design both computer-based and table-top models of cities, and compete to create the most innovative city of the future. Introduction to Engineering Students build upon their math and science foundation using a design-development process to learn to better problem solve and engage in hands-on, real-world projects. Multimedia Students create both digital and print projects using electronic media forums. Nutrition Students explore topics in anatomy and diet, and the interplay between diet and disease. Odyssey of the Mind Students compete in an international educational program emphasizing creative problem-solving skills. Robotics (Beginner and Advanced) Students program and build fully-functional Lego models, use software to plan and modify instructional sequences, and collect and analyze data. SECME Students investigate principals of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in a hands-on, exploratory, competition-based class.
