5 How our county program ties into our state program 100 counties offering DE 110,000 DE students statewide State funded – DOT Highway Trust Fund Prior to July 1, 2011 – fully funded After July 1, 2011 - $45.00 fee State funding cut by $45.00 per student State approved curriculum 10/8/2015 5
