6 http://ca.4honline.com/ ORB gets all its information directly from 4hOnline. ORB uses the same login information that you use to gain access to 4hOnline. For example: If a project is not listed in ORB, likely it is not entered in your 4hOnline enrollment record. DATA Name Clubs Projects Leadership Roles

7 Club Activities: General activities/events or Club meetings posted by members or volunteers of that club! Membership Roster: list of all members and volunteers in the club. (Adults are listed with an age of 0). Leaders: List of Officers and Adult Leaders in that club. (Information comes directly from 4hOnline.) Leaderboard: Lists most active youth in various categories. 11 The Sparks surveys are how we are measuring growth in our 4-H youth. These surveys measure growth in key areas of positive youth development directly related to helping youth reach their fullest potential. When youth and project leaders complete the surveys they add points to your Spark Score! These points can be used to receive a special 100- year pin or a chance to win an iPad2!

12 IPAD Eligibility Youth Requirements Complete all five baseline surveys plus at least one Bonus Score survey by April 15, 2012 Complete all five end-of-year surveys plus at least one Bonus Score survey (the same surveys as baseline) by September 15, 2012 Centennial commemorative pin All members who complete the five baseline surveys by April 15, 2012 and the end-of-year surveys by September 15, 2012 are eligible to receive the Centennial commemorative pin

13 IPAD Eligibility Requirements Attend Thrive training Attend Rubrics and Thriving Conference Call TrainingRubrics and Thriving Conference Call Training Implement and complete the iThrive Member Guide in a Leadership Project (club, county-wide or other). Complete baseline GPS Rubrics and Contribution Rubrics on at least three youth by April 15, 2012. Complete end-of-year GPS Rubrics and Contribution Rubrics on the same three (or more) youth by September 15, 2012

14 Update your club on what you are doing. Add a photo or video of a 4-H experience etc. Leave a message for another club mate or leader Promote someone’s post or comment on it.

15 Achievements allow users to see everything that they have entered. Club Leaders can see their club stats County staff can see their counties stats.

16 My Settings allows a user to set their privacy settings for the Online Record Book.

17 Allows access for people with disabilities Allows a member to determine who in their club will see their posts Allows a member to ignore certain news feeds
