1 Who We Are Spirit! of Middletown Cheer is a recreational child enrichment after school sports program held at Middletown Elementary to introduce young athletes to the sports of cheerleading, dance, stunting, and tumbling while having FUN! 4 Cheerleader Commitments Attend all practices 4-6, Mon & Wed; KGA, 1/month* Maintain minimum grade & behavior requirements Be respectful in the cheer room at all times Give 100% at every practice & event Maintain cheer uniform competition ready Attend all parade prep classes & event as leader *8/22 5-7pm, 9/19 5:30-7:30 pm, 10/24 5:30-8:30, 11/14 5:30-7:30,12/12 5:30-7:30 pm, 1/9 5:30-8:30

5 Parent Commitments Base Tuition (40 classes) $350 paid in 5 installments of $75 due at uniform fitting (8/19) and then monthly through December 2015 before the 15th of each month ; includes healthy snack & uniform rental Monthly Sat. Clinic @ KGA$7 per month for 6 visits (August - March) Uniform briefs & crop topBoycut Briefs - $ 5; Maroon Crop Top - $10-15 (plus sales tax) Cheer Shoes$25 direct purchase at Academy Sports by 9/2 Cheer Bow$15 Competition Fees* (estimated) * Competitive Cheering Bulldogs will attend up to 5 local cheer competitions between November- March. Entry fees are per person and due 45 days before competition date. Fees are estimated based on prior year fees and should be offset by fundraising efforts. Cheers! 5 Parent Commitments Keep contact information updated at all times Monitor email and text for communications regularly Make cheer the priority in schedule conflicts Make all payments on time Participate in team fund raising (pay cash equivalent) Maintain open communication with coaches at all times
