Arrowood Homeowners Association Financials HOA Dues Annual Payment Option Offered 12-months for payment of 11-months by January 31, 2001 136 homeowners took advantage Late Fee Delinquencies & Collection Policy Late fee is $15.00 per quarter Delinquencies are forwarded to Collection Attorney when total amount due exceeds $200.00, after 10-day notice. All delinquent accounts fully recovered for 2000. Collection Attorney & Procedures Collection Attorney - Donald E. Coulter Accounts referred to attorney immediately incur an additional 25% fee. Attorney sends another 10-day notice, then lien & legal processes begins.

June 2, September 8, & December 8, 2001. – Halloween Parade & Community Picnic. – Meet Santa in the Park. – Summer events – Ideas? – Monthly Board Meetings held at Buckhall Fire Dept. First Wednesday of each month.

Arrowood Homeowners Association ARC Issues Rules of Thumb Exterior home and property changes requiring County permits or approvals also require an ARC Application. ARC Applications are permanent HOA records. File an application even if its not required to avoid questions in the future.

Arrowood Homeowners Association 2000 Accomplishments Repaired the tennis court fence & added second gate. Actively pursued 2000 delinquent HOA dues. Renegotiated the trash service contract, saving the Association $800/month. Reduced HOA Dues - $48.00 annually. Continuing Internet Web Page - www.arrowoodhoa.org. Working with County to ensure community signage is placed at Wilcox Station Road, & Arrowood Drive. Working with VDOT and County to reduce automotive speeding throughout community. Sponsor community bi-annual garage sales. Children’s Easter Egg Hunt Community picnic and children’s Halloween parade. Meet Santa in the park. Publishing quarterly newsletters.
