6 6  DAGR Program – An 8-10 year production program is using component trays designed jointly by Rockwell Collins and the suppliers to be reused for duration of program.  United Kingdom Service Facility – 298 customers reuse shipping containers to transport equipment back and forth through the repair process. (11,885 cartons reused/year) Partner with Suppliers & Customers

7 7  Supplier Evaluation  Selection process includes environmental impact and responsiveness with preferred status  Survey being developed in 2006  Strategy to integrate with quality onsite audits  Green Suppliers Network – Rockwell Collins is participating as means to help suppliers gain efficiencies and cost savings on the E side. 8 8 Chemical Management Services  Engagement of a Chemical Management Services (CMS) partner to manage the supply chain with goals to  Reduce costs by 20%  Reduce VOCs and HAPs by 50%  Result of a Lean value stream analysis

9 9 Rockwell Collins' Service Centers are strategically located throughout the world to provide maintenance on Rockwell Collins avionics equipment both in and out of warranty. Overhaul and repair service can also be obtained at each location. Customer Service Centers Extends the Life of the Product Partner with Suppliers & Customers
