2 VSP Timeline Embedding permanent tools and resources June December July 2014 March 2013 Project Scoping, Delivery of pilots, Transition to Core Business 22 Field based project resources in place now Delivery of agreed outcomes (quick wins) –Eg Pilot Projects, tools & resources –Informing how we position Volunteer Support in the future Transition to business as usual Permanent resources in place (people & resources)

VSP Resource Locations Seymour Wangaratta Shepparton Mooroolbark Leongatha Pakenham Geelong North Geelong Bendigo Hamilton Colac Portland Warrnambool Ballarat Melton Diamond Creek Kangaroo Ground Burwood Note: VSP Project Resources will have a primary (home) location, but will operate on a mobile basis in accordance with project work plans and priorities of workstreams and approved stakeholder engagement.

Sharing best practices – what are you doing that’s great? Can we support you to do more? Skills Map – how can we capture what you do and the skills required to be a success? Leadership – toolkits, training, mentoring…. Wellbeing – support and resources targeted to brigades 3 Workstreams, 9 Projects……
