Evaluation of your 1:1 interaction and evaluation of your group interaction; All to be able to identify key factors in a questionnaire and be able to design a questionnaire; Most to be able to evaluate a questionnaire and use this to assist in their own design; Few to be able to improve personally on the group questionnaire and begin to use this primary research as a way of gathering feedback and evidence.

AO4 – Primary Research After your 1:1 and after your group activity you wished to research and reflect on how well you communicated so you designed a questionnaire (or interview) with the staff members, parents OR service users. You had 5-8 questions. In your groups design a questionnaire using all the key ingredients that make a questionnaire. Group roles: A – Leader B – Writer C – Checker

Group Feedback Share with your shoulder group what questionnaire you have designed and why. From their feedback you may wish to make improvements… You should get your writer to email you a copy of your questionnaire, and if you need to adapt it for your service user group.

Homework Type up your questionnaires and print out AT LEAST 8 copies. You questionnaire MUST include: 6 questions; 5 closed and 1 open Try to include each type of question: Open/Closed Checklist Ranking Likert Print out 8 copies of your questionnaire; Bring your questionnaires to Friday’s computer lesson, where we will collect the data and analyse the result.
