At the count of three, show it to me. CFU Sometimes we are told what to do. When we do what we are told, we are following instructions. For some instructions, we have to read to know what to do. Next, we put a seed in the bottom of the hole. Then, we cover the seed with dirt. Finally, we water the seed every day and wait for it to grow. (pair-share) Why is it important to follow written instructions? You may give one of my reasons or one of your own. Which reason is the most important to you? Why? Written instructions are steps that tell how to make or do something. 1. Following written instructions will help you get somewhere you want to go. Making Pudding 1. Put two cups of cold milk into a large bowl. 2. Add the pudding mix into the bowl of milk, and stir. 3. Pour the mixture into four small bowls. 4. Wait 5 minutes for the pudding to get firm before you eat it. 3. Following written instructions will help you do well on tests. 2.
