9. Congratulations, Mia Fratto Mia has received a full scholarship to be a member of the Pennsylvania Governor’s School for Engineering and Technology at Lehigh University. She was one of 50 students accepted from the entire state of Pennsylvania. She will be there for 2 weeks this summer under the instruction of Lehigh professors

11. Taylor McCorkle has been named " Athlete of the Week" by the Pittsburgh Tribune. Taylor had been named MVP at both the South Fayette Invitational and the Pine-Richland Invitational last week. Her accomplishments will appear in the Trib either today or tomorrow. Congratulations Taylor, it's a great honor for you and Oakland Catholic.

12. Attention all students: Advanced Placement exams are being administered in the Lecture Hall. The hallway and bathrooms outside of the lecture hall will be closed from 7:45 to 11:30. If your locker is located in this area, please collect all belongings necessary through 3rd period before you report to homeroom. Only students with a locker in this area will be allowed into the hallway at the beginning of 4th period to switch books and get lunch if necessary. The hallway will be open to all students after 11:30.
