6 Issues & Problems The Uniti-Group issue is the lack of diversity among the faculty at the Minneapolis Community & Technical College. The student population at MCTC is continually growing. The student body at MCTC is diverse and it is imperative that the faculty resemble the student body. The college environment is not set up for the students that are currently being served. The MCTC administration must consider a cultural radical structural change that includes the student body in order to educate successfully the entire student population.
