3. Labs  We do a LOT of labs!  ISF awarded grants for some new rotational equipment we’ll use this year! Thank you!  PTSA awarded calculators for all science classroom

4. Internal Assessment--FYI  All students will complete IA  Final draft will be due at the beginning of February (before mid-winter break)  Students will get more details around beginning of November or so.

6. www.webassign.net  Easy online assignment submission  Instant feedback for correct/incorrect answers for calculations  Multiple (at least 10) submissions!  Multiple nights to complete assignments  $11.50 for entire year. Students all have the access code to enroll online.

Field Trip!  Silverwood Theme Park, Coeur d’Alene, ID  Dates: May 2016…TBD  Students miss 1 day of school only, and will be collecting data at the amusement park in order to complete a related assignment.  More precise data will be collected this year  Cost: Approximately $150 per student  Can’t go?
