9 LEGACY SERIES LETTER Clicking on the hyperlink will allow a user to edit, save or print an incomplete series letter. 11 VIEW/PRINT LETTERS Completed letters will display in a pop up window for previewing and printing. Completed letters will display in a pop up window for previewing and printing.

14 APPROVAL PROCESS This is an optional feature for counties. The approval process allows a county to assign letters to another user for review and approval. Notice of Action, Cancellation letter and Free Text letters are available for approving.

15 Counties may assign someone to review and approve specific letters before sending. APPROVAL PROCESS This is an optional feature for counties.

16 From the edit screen, users may select a user from a list of approved users.

17 APPROVAL PROCESS Web Message A Web Message is sent to approver(s) with the letter attached for review and approval. The sender may include additional comments in the body of the Web Message before sending if necessary.
