3 Open source VLE: Moodle Some distinct facilities include: Wiki (collaborative writing) activities are integrated Shared glossary building functionality Survey facilities (COLLES, ATTLS) designed to monitor a constructivist pedagogy Individual teachers can contribute to the design of the platform
