Learning Targets 2.0 Library Media Program Management Develop, implement & evaluate the school library media program & manage personnel, informational systems, resources & facilities. 3.0 Collection Development Evaluate, select & maintain resources to provide collections that are integral to the educational goals of the school. 5.0 Instructional Methodology Demonstrate teaching skills in literacy, collaboration & integrating informational literacy with content curriculum. 6.0 Reading Advocacy Use a variety of strategies to develop life-long learners who read for a wide range of purposes. 7.0 Collaboration With informational standards & school goals & objectives in mind, develop collaborative relationships within the school & community to deliver integrated instruction, reading advocacy & information services. 9.0 Assessment and Evaluation Gather & analyze data to guide program decisions, assess student & staff knowledge & enable self-reflection in order to evaluate the library media program & its impact on teaching & learning.

Partner Up One person is the Teacher the other is the Teacher-Librarian. Need: Collaboration form Lesson Plan Teacher-Librarian moves to new partner and becomes the Teacher. (Should we stay within our desired grade levels?) Using your Collaboration form work with your teacher to develop their lesson into a collaborative information literacy project. Develop a resource list to share with your teacher. (Use your OPAC or Selahs)
