FATS Transports oxygen throughout body Active parts of membranes Fats protect you from cancer Women should have 23% or less body fat Men should have 18% or less body fat With out it nothing would function Sources : Dairy, Meat

PROTEIN Creates protein molecules Each molecule has a specific job Makes up your body structure Helps body…… - Repair muscle - Grow tissue - Defend against infections - Regulate hormone level Made up of Amino Acids Most is burned as a calorie Sources : Meats, Eggs, Dairy etc.

FIBER Helps digestive track Keeps blood pressure healthy Keeps blood sugar levels stable Two groups ( insoluble, soluble ) Both are healthy For children you need 15g a day For adults you need 25g a day Sources : Bran
