INITIATIVES ON TEACHER HIRING Conduct preliminary steps: – Identify the Needed Teachers per specialization/track offering per school. – Publish the Teacher Needs in the conspicuous place in the division office. Request for the Teacher Needs Follow up the NOSCA for the new teacher items Publish allocated teaching items for the SHS Accept applications for screening

INITIATIVES ON SECURING EQUIPMENT Provide a list of equipment needed specialization and track offerings Coordinate with the LGU and provide them the listing for possible funding. Include in the APP for the LSB Present the list to potential stakeholders during the stakeholders meeting Provide TA to schools on how to secure equipment to possible stakeholders.

January – March 2016 Deliver the needed seats to the schools April – May 2016 Instructional Materials Ready Determine the needed Instructional Materials per area. Oct – Nov 2014 Start of the procurement process October – Nov. 2015 Procure the needed Instructional materials following the procurement process December 2015 –March 2016 Distribute/Deliver the IMs to the schools. April 2016
