2. Open up Lab 3- Highlight the following 2 variables in the spreadsheet

3. Insert, Scatterplot

4. Make it Bigger- you will notice the outliers, but they are really missing values which are coded as 99 etc

5. To remove them click, on the first row, then under data, click filter

6. Click on the filter for wordsum and remove the missing values

7. You will see the scatterplot start to take shape-

8. Right click on a data point, select add trendline

9. Select Linear, though notice polynomial has a curve to it

10. Also click display Equation on Chart and Display R Squared

11. Print this out

13. Try simulation

14. Try curvilinear simulation

15. Save your dataset at the end of each lab
