Research methodology TTCs All TTCs in Rwanda (then 13 in total, currently 16) participated from May to July 2014 Data collection from May to July 2014 Self-report Self-report questionnaire presented to all teacher educators (response rate of 77%) 228 questionnaires completed (response rate of 77%) situation of TTCs Descriptive analysis to draw a picture of the situation of TTCs in Rwanda influencing factors Exploratory multiple regression analysis to identify influencing factors
