INSTITUTIONAL EDUCATION Received national accreditation at Anthony Correctional Center, Davis Center and the West Virginia Industrial Home for Youth Applaud Mark Hedrick -Correctional Education Association Regional Teacher of the Year Implemented a writing assessment program in institutions Trained Juvenile and Youthful Offender Program instructional staff on the content standards Opened a new education program in the Lakin Correctional Center for Women Received commendations and high marks from the Division of Technical and Adult Education for adult education and career and technical education programs in institutions
