What is SFX? A service that can link from a citation in one database to the full text of that article in another an automatic search of the online catalog a pre-filled ILL form information about the journal/magazine A big time saver

How do I use SFX? Start in any database with SFX Search as you normally would Click on the SFX button to see the SFX menu

Request it through Interlibrary Loan

Log into your Interlibrary Loan account, if you’ve already created one before. You may need to create your ILL account first.

Make sure the required fields are filled and click “Submit Request.”

Which databases have SFX? EBSCO databases such as Academic Search Complete, America: History and Life, Historical Abstracts, ERIC, CINAHL, MEDLINE, PsycINFO. FirstSearch databases such as ArticleFirst, ERIC, MEDLINE. MathSciNet. ScienceDirect. Web of Science: AHCI, SCI, and SSCI.
