7. Step 1 – Search for the Online Version of your Journal / Article Use the EBSCO A to Z E-Journals List

8. Step 2 – Search for the Print Version of your Journal / Article Use the NovaCat Library Catalog Faculty may use the HPD DocDel service for articles from our print collection However, we cannot guarantee next day service

9. Click on “LOGIN”

10. ILL Request Select “On-Campus Services” “Request a Journal Article” or “Request a Book”

11. Use the information on the ILL Request to fill in the fields Submit request Then “Exit to Main Menu” ILL Request Journal: Title : Volume: Please order only 5 articles per day

12. ILL Request Repeat these steps for each request Then Click on “Exit ILLiad System” When requests are complete.

13. Click on “Interlibrary Loan & Document Delivery” When you get an e-mail that informs you of the arrival of your article or If you would like to check the status of your request

14. Select “Previous Requests” Check the Status of “Outstanding Requests” Download via “Electronic Delivery” Pick-up or Download your article or Check the status of your request You will have 5 days or 5 tries to retrieve your documents Books can be picked-up at the HPD Library
