4. Identification elements File Identifier One must be provided. Identifies the metadata file. 5. Resource Title One must be provided The title is used to provide a precise description of the resource. It is advised that acronyms and abbreviations are reproduced in full. Recommended format: 'Date' 'Originating organization/programme' 'Location' 'Type of survey'. e.g. 1992 Centre for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science (Cefas) North Sea 2m beam trawl survey. What has been recorded, what form the data takes, what purpose it was collected for, any limiting information, i.e. caveats on the use and interpretation of the data such as gaps in a time series or missing data (use and access limitations are covered in other elements). Multiple bounding boxes are allowed to describe datasets or series which have a disparate geographic coverage.
