11 Insurance Claims follow up service 1)Assist the client to obtain insurance financial compensation physically and financially after any claim according to the insurance coverage and apply the terms of insurance contract as soon as possible and without any delay. 2)Our services include direct communication with all insurance companies on client's behalf and negotiate with them on any controversy which may arise in any event of any accident/ claim or in the event of any compensation. 3)Follow up with the insurance companies regarding the delivery and receipt of insurance claims after the accident or injury arises from the client.. 4) Follow-up the Insurance claims issuance procedures issued by insurance companies and put in clients’ hands. 5) Study and check all claims which arise and pay the insurance compensation throughout the insurance company. 6) Consultants’ obligations expire towards the client at the end of / or terminate the insurance consultation contract and by ending the insurance coverage of client’s policy Insurance Claims follow up service

12 Online Insurance Portfolio Management System Service 1.We manage client’s insurance Portfolio electronically by preparing an automated archiving system for the insurance policies, which helps the client to monitor premiums, coverage, installments; generates of any requested report with the highest confidential data base. 2.This mechanism works through a user name and a password given to the representative client to access his/her own automated file. 3.This system has the ability to send insurance policy’s details to the client via e-mail.
