PTW : Need a time for preparation. Plan your job and request the PTW in advance. It’s save time for everyone. Each PTW requires now JSA/JRA.

10. Personnal Protective Equipment (PPE)
To be sure that Personal Protective Equipment fulfils its purpose, you should:
Know the right PPE for your operations and how it should be worn
Make sure you are trained in how to use it
Report any difficulty you encounter in using it
Report any PPE item that is missing or damaged
Respect the rules requiring the wearing of PPE
Wearing PPE is the first rule of safety; failure to respect it suggests that you are unlikely to respect all the others.
