2. Indicator #13 and Monitoring 100% Compliance Indicator. Nearly all states will use their monitoring process to identify LEAs to be included for this indicator. Visit high schools as part of October audits in all LEAs. Maybe some in November and December.

3. Indicator #13: Checklist Questions 1.Appropriate measurable post- secondary goals? 2.For each stated goal, are there annual goals/objectives in IEP? 3.Are transition assessments used?
