12. Green Co. Caregiver Coalition 2011 Grantee ( NAC 2012 scholarship recipient ) County originally had a “Dementia Care Network.” ADRC responded to RFC, to blend partners into one caregiving coalition Contracted with the local Alzheimer’s & Dementia Alliance for staff support

13. Mission: To support, educate and advocate for those who give and receive care. Initial goals: Community survey & focus group Success: 20 agencies/organizations, community volunteers and family caregivers. Challenges: To keep each individual/agency engaged and involved
