Phase 2 Approach Scoping the availability of information Market research to assess “preparedness” Survey very brief, online Distribution through ALMA-UK representatives as “route to market” Currently being tested Developing the toolkit Developed in Excel, hidden formulae, appropriate protection Refined based on survey feedback Currently in development

Phase 2 Approach Establishing benchmarks and External Testing Draft toolkit piloted to capture intelligence and information on “usability and usefulness” Preparedness assessment informs piloting to capture information for benchmarks Sufficient observations to be obtained to establish and refine toolkit Toolkit and guide refined and enhanced based on information obtained through piloting

Phase 2 Approach Ongoing support Following refinements, wider distribution of toolkit Support offered throughout this process Participants encouraged to feedback on usability Future maintenance Updating of formulae Refinements to reflect changes in policy/practice Offered for 12 months from April 2011
