1. January 22 nd -January 25 th Remember to save your box tops and soda tabs! Box tops will help earn money for our school. Soda tabs are collected, counted and sent to the Ronald McDonald House. Remember to order your SCRIP…it is money you would spend anyway and it earns money for our school! FYI I will be out of town on Thursday, January 24 th –Tuesday January 29 th. I will be at school on Thursday until lunch time. Mrs. Ross will be in our classroom Thursday, Friday, and Monday and Mrs. Coldsnow will be in our classroom on Tuesday while I am away. They are both wonderful with the Elephants. Please send in any notes, change of transportation, etc. via note in your child’s folder and not by email as Mrs. Ross and Mrs. Coldsnow will not receive the information. I will be in Miami participating in my first half marathon. You may have noticed signs that are placed on all classroom doors. During school hours, parents are not permitted in classrooms unless they have signed in at the front office. If you are on campus as a volunteer, please stop by the office to first sign in. If you are coming to drop something off or pass a quick message, please go to the office and they will assist you. All campus/classroom visitors must have a printed visitor sticker from the front office. Thank you in advance for your understanding. It is for the safety of all and ensures that school time is focused on student learning. You can always send me a quick email or a note in your child’s folder to relay a message. To demonstrate mastery of numbers, your child needs to know its name, write it, and show objects to match it.
