3. Proposal for TY 2015-2016 FTE Grant ExistingProposed QUANTUM: 50% of the Project Cost or Rs.4 lacs per Table/Circle per project whichever is lower. In case of joint applications, maximum amount of grant per project shall not exceed Rs.6 lacs. Available only for FTE projects involving construction of atleast 2 new classrooms (in case of joint applications atleast 4 new classrooms).No new FTE Grant will be allotted if there is any pending FTE Project completion Report. QUANTUM: 2 Lakhs for 2 Classrooms 3 Lakhs for 3-4 Classrooms 4 Lakhs for 5 classrooms & above or 50% of the contribution of the Table/Circle, which ever is lesser. In case of joint applications of RT & LC, additional 1 Lakh will be provided. No new Grant will be allotted if there is any pending (date specified in allotment letter) Project completion Report.

Action Plan Application for New projects where Tables have not sent completion reports for old project > 12 months from date of allotment will not be accepted Cancellation & Re-allotment of Funds to RTIT – SARIS Grant – Pending Completion Reports > 1 Years No new grants to be allotted till receipt of completion reports

5. New Ideas Implementation A complete Process Flow Chart & application documents to be made available online on RTI website Standard format for Donor & Table Letter for Table raised funds to keep track on funds received on behalf of table and request for funds disbursal Standardization of project plaque where 70% is as per RTI norms and balance 30% table/circle discretion. Branding to be approved by NPC before issuing completion report.

6. FTE Champ Pin
