1. Survey Development Used Post School Outcome Center as a resource Utilized the ISBE survey as a foundation for data to be collected 2. What Are Next Steps? Will the data continue to reflect current concerns? Will the data be consistent in the 1 and 5 year surveys?

What Are Next Steps? Analyze several rounds of data to look for consistencies and inconsistencies Collect further data to better define concerns Use teams (including students and parents) to strategize solutions to identified data concerns

One Final Consideration: Develop Exit Survey for ALL Students Graduating or Exiting To Also Assist in Program Evaluation
