13. FACES OF SUCCESS: Working for a Cause Will Allen is a farmer in Milwaukee, who runs a non-profit organization called Growing Power. His goal is to end world hunger, and teach intercity communities to grow food for themselves on “urban farms.” In 2008, Allen won the MacArthur “Genius” Grant for his work, which awarded him money to help build and expand his organization.
