Entity Information 2-3 Entity Type Description Entity is one of the largest repositories of information in your system Entities should be viewed as a Physical Place Types can be Service Providers Rapid Response LWA Each Entity should have a 9 digit FEIN number or SSN FEIN – Federal Employer Identification Number

General Information An Asterisk * represents the fact that data must be added to the field on which the Asterisk is placed An error will result if this is violated Press the Go Back key to correct Data entry can be completed without the use of a mouse Using the Tab key and the Shift Tab keys will allow movement forward and backward Drop Down List boxes can be populated by tabbing to the field and entering the first letter of the desired choice Repeated depressions of that character will allow you to scroll through the choices This oval will represent what key should be pressed for movement to the next screen using the Guided Process
