16 Monetization  Related Products (home grown)  Relevant affiliate offers on page  Relevant advertisers  Drop cost per lead and connect with people who share similar interests to monetize  Silo each into a campaign/Universe of its own

17 Optimization  Maintain agile framework  Data driven decisions  Keep costs down and find the model for each show  Once you have a winning formula, grow budget and go big as you can  If you choose, you can license to TV (anybody) because now you have eyeballs, advertisers, monetization, and proof of concept.

18 Play the Windows  You can license to various platforms to get exposure and money in windows all year  You can run free screenings of paid content between big runs  Don’t discount the traffic and cred that comes back from some of these networks  Monetizing existing assets

19 Stay Fast and Light  They want great content  The expensive TV look can repel people  Know the medium and the audience for each show  iPhone videos may be the right play for your crowd  GoPros are awesome- as are drones

20 Keep the Asset  Don’t sign away all rights  You have way more control and opportunity than they do  You can package the asset in a variety of ways and use it to help your brand  FB and Youtube have enormous traffic  TV is not dead but the gatekeepers are dying

22 Make it Matter  Move the conversation forward  Help make the world better or make them laugh their asses off  Art is back  Get creative or hire creative people and give them a platform to shine
