Optimization Maintain agile framework Data driven decisions Keep costs down and find the model for each show Once you have a winning formula, grow budget and go big as you can If you choose, you can license to TV (anybody) because now you have eyeballs, advertisers, monetization, and proof of concept.

Play the Windows You can license to various platforms to get exposure and money in windows all year You can run free screenings of paid content between big runs Don’t discount the traffic and cred that comes back from some of these networks Monetizing existing assets

Stay Fast and Light They want great content The expensive TV look can repel people Know the medium and the audience for each show iPhone videos may be the right play for your crowd GoPros are awesome- as are drones

Keep the Asset Don’t sign away all rights You have way more control and opportunity than they do You can package the asset in a variety of ways and use it to help your brand FB and Youtube have enormous traffic TV is not dead but the gatekeepers are dying
