11. During “Student Employment Week” FIU will recognize students who are both seeking their degree at the University and have chosen to gain invaluable work experience by also choosing to be an FIU employee, “Student Assistant” or “Federal Work Study”. At the end of the week, on Friday, April 15 th, one student will be awarded the “SEOTY” Student Employee of the Year Recognition. Deadline for submitting nominations: Monday, February 28, 2011 Forms are available on HR and Financial Aid website.
