2. OASIS Timeline August 2009 – teachers and staff are trained and login information is shared with parents September 2009 – grades are available online for middle and high school parents and students September 2010 – attendance is available online as well as grades

3. Login Information Be sure to enter an email address, your name, a password you will remember. Please enter the Unique Student IDs of your children, and their birthday. 4. What Will Parents See? When parents click on the My Family link, they can click on each student to view their grades. They will see the current overall letter grade and every graded assignment that is entered for each course. They will see the assignment due date and any teacher notes regarding the assignment.

7. Class Pages Teachers can use their class pages to post additional information about assignments and other class information. You should always check the class page for information before contacting the teacher with questions.

8. Uploading Grade Data Uploads will be completed at the close of school each day. Teachers are asked to post at least one grade per week. If teachers update grades after the upload, they will be updated at the end of the next school day.

9. Questions? If you have a grade/assignment question, please contact the teacher. OASIS provides a snapshot of the teacher’s current gradebook. The report card printed at the school is the official documentation of student grades.

10. Questions? If you have a question about login or access, contact the school webmaster. Please allow time for a response…our webmasters are typically classroom teachers or have other duties in the building and they often cannot provide immediate assistance.
